xe3x83xbb Manage Director's priority appointments, reallocation, travel arrangements, correspondence and data management as necessary.xe3x83xbb Organize meetings and ensure that Director is well prepared for those meetings, preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings and meeting papers.xe3x83xbb Translation and interpretation (Japanese).xe3x83xbb Handling day-to-day task and provide secretarial assistance to Managing Director.xe3x83xbb Ensure the decisions and instructions by MD are properly carried out and communicated.xe3x83xbb Maintain strict confidential and interact professional with all level of management, department and business partners.xe3x83xbb Assist in dealing with incoming enquiries, requests, gathering information and follow up action such as responding to queries and chasing response on behalf.xe3x83xbb Undertake ad-hoc assignments and related duties as an when required.xe3x83xbb Any other job as relevant will be assigned from time to time by the superior or management.

Requirements xe2x9cx93 Education: Professional Certificate, Diploma, Degree or equivalent.xe2x9cx93 Proficient in spoken and written in English, Malay, Chinese. Japanese is a must with Level N2
and above. JLPT N2 and above is required.xe2x9cx93 Matured, possess a pleasant personality and self-motivated, able to work independently.xe2x9cx93 Minimum 5 years of working experience.
