What will you do

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Packaging Qualification Plan and conduct and/or supervise all vital qualification tests and issue report when ready in system.
• Support and participate in packaging consumer research and testing for local initiatives.
• Generate packaging and palletizing configuration.
• Request Electronic Standard Reference update for new/existing finished goods to ensure accurate materials are gathered for production reference.
• Ensure that all new packaging or changes are accurately detailed in specifications.
• Conduct and/or supervise qualification activities related to packaging molds, and filling line trial for packaging material change.
• Provide support for troubleshooting activities related to packaging consumer complaints, deviations and non-conformance.
• Clearly communicate status of the project to relevant departments and management, bringing to their attention any potential problems.

Qualifications

What we are looking for

• Required Degree in Engineering field or equivalent experience and training.
• Preferable with 2-5 years in packaging development experience, knowledge on packaging material in FMCG or food industry.
• English literature and good writing skills.
