Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end sourcing activities across direct and indirect materials, ensuring supply continuity and cost efficiency. Develop and execute sourcing strategies for outsourced manufacturing and material categories such as assembly, packaging, and supporting components. Lead commercial negotiations with key suppliers to achieve cost targets and continuous improvement goals. Collaborate closely with engineering teams and suppliers to drive value engineering and cost optimization initiatives. Build and maintain cost models and databases covering manufacturing, testing, and logistics elements. Partner with product and NPI teams to evaluate suppliers, confirm design and manufacturing capabilities, and support RFQ and financial modeling for new programs. Oversee supplier performance management and organize regular business reviews. Support procurement operations, documentation, and reporting requirements.

Qualifications:

Proven track record in semiconductor sourcing, packaging, or assembly operations. Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills at both technical and executive levels. Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a global environment. Proficiency in data analysis and cost modeling. Experience working with suppliers across Asia; multilingual ability (Mandarin preferred) is an advantage. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Materials, Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical). Advanced degree or certification in supply chain management (e.g., MBA, CPSM) preferred.
