Requirements
Minimum SPM qualification.
E-commerce packing experience is an advantage (but not compulsory).
Basic communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Must be detail-oriented (??), responsible, and have a good memory.
Healthy physique, able to withstand stress, and handle fast-paced work.
Willing to perform Overtime (OT) and maintain stable attendance.
Company provides a 2-week training period (platform rules, order basics, workflow).
Responsibilities
Execute fast and accurate order picking.
Pack products securely immediately after picking.
Conduct multiple checks on orders (style and quantity) to ensure zero errors.
Inspect processed products for defects and ensure quality standards are met.
Process products (e.g., light assembly/prep) after picking and packing are complete.
Monitor inventory and alert the supervisor immediately when stock runs low.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the working environment.
Report any issues encountered immediately; do not remain silent.
