Job Responsibility Lead and manage refurbishing technicians in refurbishing section Assisting Sungrow Malaysia by receiving returned equipment Perform diagnostic analysis on returned equipment and make good serviceable items Repackage refurbished equipment to good for delivery condition Stock tracking and logistic controls Ensure clear communications and good customer service skill. Post refurbish follow-up Generate timely monthly report or any other reports as per required. Receive necessary training and be able to provide corresponding trainings Job Requirements Candidate must possess in Electrical, Electronics or equivalent knowledge in Diploma or certificate level. At least 1-2 years of working experience in related fields is required for this position. Prior experience in repairs of electrical industrial equipment preferred. Strong understanding on current renewable energy trend is an advantage.
