To supervise a team of supervisors, line leaders and operators in packing.
To monitor jobs efficiencies, effectiveness and minimize defects and rejects.
To organize types of gloves to be packed according to packing requirement and meet shipment date.
To initiate and involve in efficiency and cost improvement projects.
To control glove movement i.e to keep WIP gloves at low range.
To train up operators to increase productivity of packing.
To prepare necessary report to Superior i.e Daily packing report and monthly packing report.
To initiate any solution on problem encountered in the section i.e Transport, Manpower, Attendance and Planning.
To attend to any other work related to the glove production and handling as required from time to time.
To ensure that written procedures are effectively practiced and implemented.
To ensure working areas are always clean and tidy and operated according to GMP requirement.
To perform task other than those specified and as directed by immediate superior.
Job Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Business Admin/Management or related areas.
More than 2 years progressive experiences in glove manufacturing or other's industry preferably in packing's role.
Strong people management and interpersonal skills at all level.
Good integrity, networking, committed, independent, time management & problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented and ability to work under pressure.
Basic understanding and able to implement the quality management system and ISO 9001.
Well-versed in MS Excel, Powerpoint and any related ERP System.
Possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills and result oriented.
Good command in both written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Able to work in Ipoh, Perak.
