Job Title:

Packing Operator (Warehouse)

Job Summary:

The Packing Operator is responsible for packing, labeling, and preparing goods for shipment according to company standards. This role ensures that all items are packed accurately, safely, and efficiently to maintain product quality and support smooth warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform packing of finished goods according to customer or production requirements. Inspect products before packing to ensure quality and accuracy. Label, seal, and record all packed items properly. Ensure that packaging materials (boxes, tapes, labels, etc.) are available and in good condition. Follow standard operating procedures (SOP) for packing and safety. Assist in loading and unloading goods in the warehouse area. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area. Report any defects, damages, or shortages to the supervisor. Support stock counting and warehouse inventory activities when required. Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to meet delivery deadlines.

Qualifications:

Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification. Experience in packing or warehouse operations is an advantage. Able to handle physical work and follow instructions accurately. Good teamwork and communication skills. Basic understanding of safety and hygiene practices.
