Assist Manager in the packing production planning and overall packing operation.
Co-ordinate with the other dept such sales, shipping & warehouse department on all issues pertaining to the processing of sales orders and to ensure on time container delivery to customer
Monitor packing production output and to ensure that output achieves the target.
Co-ordinate with the Warehouse department on stock status packing materials accordingly.
Liaised with QA regarding pertaining to the product quality issue.
Assist Manager to ensure the cleanliness of packing area
Issuing of work order and arrangement of packing activities.
To carry out any other duties/job function as instructed by Superior or Head of Department or Management from time to time
Willing to do night shift.
Willing to work at Bestari Jaya.
Job Requirements
Degree / Diploma in any disciplines or equivalent from reputable universities.
Preferably Executive specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
Basic understanding and monitoring on ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP and Halal requirements, ensure all documents is up-to-date. Engage with long term improvement project with another department.
Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written).
Results oriented, strong follow up and good in time management skill.
Pleasant personality and able to interact all level of people.
