Job Description


The Role The primary objective of this role is to enhance online sessions and boost sales through brand.com and mobile app with the markets of Singapore, Malaysia & Thailand. This role involves the strategic implementation of paid performance media strategies across these three markets, in collaboration with the respective local Multi Channel Managers and the Head of Multi Channel for Southeast Asia. The overarching goal is to generate profitable website traffic while ensuring a favorable return on investment (ROI) for our paid media efforts. Given our position in the retail sector, it is essential to maintain a well-balanced sales funnel and expand our reach by cultivating audiences at various stages of the customer journey, encompassing awareness, consideration, and conversion segments. Key Responsibilities: Managing paid social and search channels for SEA. Working closely with the Paid social and search teams in the UK to drive the right sessions, sales and ROI on ad spend. Regularly reviewing, evaluating and benchmarking the JD Multi-Channel proposition to ensure appropriateness to deliver the sales and profit plan. Working with the Head of Multi-Channel and broader team to develop a Multi Channel trading plan to drive traffic, deliver the sales / profits, and maximize onsite conversion. Agreeing this with all appropriate stakeholders and working with the appropriate teams to deliver this. Deliver appropriate revenues in line with the budget plan and ensure that sufficient cost controls are in place. Ensure that the sales and profit plan is delivered at the budgeted marketing cost. Working with third party suppliers and other relevant parties on collaborative marketing strategies to drive Multi-Channel performance. Requirements: Minimum of a Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or equivalent in Commerce or a related field. Profound expertise in leveraging Google Search and Display networks, as well as Facebook advertising. Familiarity with other emerging social media platforms is a notable advantage. Extensive practical experience utilizing Google Analytics. A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in an ecommerce paid media role. Proven analytical skills are imperative.
