Brings to the attention of management, problems which affect the production / quality of the area for which responsible.
Completes all assignments in a timely manner.
Meets production schedules for delivery requirements.
Responsible to ensure all work and paperwork is accounted to the proper router or work order.
Responsible for maintaining paint booth and mixing area organized.
Maintain inventory of supplies.
Responsible for maintaining all paint guns, pots, chips, gloss and texture.
Completes all duties as described on routers and blue prints.
Proficient on accuracy and quality of work.
Performs visual inspection of all material prior to painting.
Checks quality of paints and thinners.
Operates baking oven and monitors temperature and bake cycle times.
Performs miscellaneous related assignments, such as masking, wrapping, etc.

REQUIREMENTS
Ability to receive verbal or written instructions that pertains to daily tasks.
Able to work in a shop environment with a medium level noise and metal dust particles.
Able to recognize a prepared part ready for paint.
Demonstrated good hand-eye coordination.
Ability to read routers and blue prints.
Understands specific work order flow.
Proficient in matching colors or sample colors and reading paint codes.
Understands the baking cycle.
Can safely lift 35 pounds and stand for up to 8 hours.
Ability to work day/swing/night shift as required.
Work weekends and overtime as required.
EDUCATION & TRAINING/EXPERIENCE:
Experience in painting.
High School diploma or equivalent.
