PRESENTATION OF THE CONTEXT Privileged accounts provide the means to access the systems or information that attackers seek to disrupt the business or steal intellectual property. The PAM Product secures, manages, controls, and monitors activities associated with Privileged accounts. We use the industry leading Privileged Access Management solution from CyberArk. The team provide support 24/7/365 with engineers on-call at weekends for emergency support. JOB PURPOSE The Privileged Access Management (PAM) Product is evolving to meet the business requirements for AXA. We continuously extend our product\'s capabilities to meet the demands for new technologies, applications, web portals and network devices. As a Product team, we are developing new use cases and integrations to provide a comprehensive catalogue of services to our business users. As a member of the team, you will be involved in many exciting projects and will work with global teams to deliver high quality, highly secure integrations into CyberArk. MISSIONS Design and delivery of CyberArk integrations for servers, web, applications and network devices Provision of consultancy skills to translate user requirements (requirements gathering/sign-off/documentation/design/testing) Supporting the PAM Product Manager to develop and implement new features Produce high level designs for CyberArk implementations Capture high level plans and report updates to PAM Manager Ensure that UAT is completed successfully Ensure that PAM infrastructure and applications are secure and audited regularly (risks identified and remediated) Development, testing and maintenance of new connectors Troubleshooting and supporting root cause analysis for complex topics Supporting automation and scripting processes for CyberArk integrations Manage infrastructure, including capacity, benchmark, backups, hardware replacement, certificate renewal Deliver product content, user guides, news and communicate with key stakeholders Contribute towards the requirements of the product roadmap Support audit and risk remediation action plans Review of business requests, ensuring that requirements are clearly documented, planning is defined, costs are calculated and resources are allocated. Oversee product expansion with the onboarding of new technologies Conduct training and handover to support teams. QUALIFICATIONS Required Experiences Extensive experience designing, implementing & supporting CyberArk Privileged Access Security (Sentry/Guardian level) Demonstrate experience of creating architectural designs for networking, security, CyberArk and related technologies Experience of: IT infrastructure/Networking/Privileged accounts/CyberArk Safe and Infrastructure admin/IT security and risk. Knowledge of securing credentials in Public Cloud, on-premise (local/application/service/other) Experience using ITSM tools (i.e. ServiceNow) Problem Management / Incident Management / Change Management / Release Management Development of connection components Experience of scripting (e.g. PowerShell) will be an advantage Awareness of IT security and risk Key Skills Ability to perform training and handover to support teams. Excellent communication skills (English speaking) Great customer service experience Understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies Able to manage complex and challenging situations Strong task management and focus on deliverables Excellent collaboration skills to support (and be supported)
