Monitor and control plant operations from the Central Control Room (CCR) according to standard procedures to ensure continuous and uninterrupted chilled water supply and smooth functioning of all equipment. Maintain and update operational records, and ensure proper shift handover with clear information on equipment status, maintenance activities, and any issues to avoid miscommunication. Support the maintenance team in troubleshooting and resolving any site or system issues when required. Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or the company as needed. Troubleshoot and investigate equipment or system failures by identifying the root cause, assessing repair options, and performing initial rectification when possible. Escalate complex issues and propose long-term solutions by submitting timely breakdown or incident reports as required.

Requirements:

Diploma or Certificate in Air Conditioning Systems, Mechanical Engineering, or any equivalent engineering discipline. Minimum 3 years' experience in District Cooling Plant operations, Factory/Plant Maintenance, or Facilities Management.
