Draft pleadings, motions, settlement demands, and other legal documents related to accident claims.
Order, organize, and summarize medical records, accident reports, and other evidence.
Schedule depositions, hearings, client meetings, and medical examinations.
Track case deadlines including statutes of limitations and court dates.
Negotiate medical liens, bills, and prepare settlement statements.
Compile trial exhibits, witness lists, and assist with trial preparation.
Communicate regularly with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and experts.
Conduct legal research and assist with discovery by managing interrogatories and document requests.
Support attorneys in all stages of personal injury litigation to keep the case progressing efficiently.
