Job Description

Our client, a well-established legal firm, is seeking an experienced Paralegal or Clerk (SME/Business/Commercial Loan) to manage loan files from start to completion. This role suits candidates with hands-on experience running SME, commercial, or business loan documentation independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

a) Handle SME, business and commercial loan files from opening to loan release

b) Prepare, draft and review banking and financing documents

c) Liaise with bankers, clients and internal legal teams

d) Coordinate stamping, adjudication, searches and submissions

e) Track progress and ensure timely completion of files

f) Maintain accurate filing and document tracking

g) Assist senior associates on urgent matters when required

Requirements

a) Minimum 3 years handling SME, business or commercial loan documentation

b) Able to manage files independently with minimal guidance

c) Positive attitude, responsible and detail-oriented

d) Team player with good communication skills

e) Minimum SPM or Diploma

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
