Job Summary:

This role involves responding promptly to emergency calls, assessing patient conditions, administering appropriate medical treatment, and ensuring safe transportation to medical facilities while working closely with other emergency personnel. Reporting To: Operation Manager -Emergency Department*

Duties and Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and efficiently to emergency calls and medical incidents. Assess the condition of patients and determine appropriate course of treatment. Provide advanced life support, including airway management, cardiac monitoring, and medication administration. Monitor and record patients' vital signs and medical information accurately. Collaborate with other medical professionals and emergency personnel to ensure comprehensive patient care. Safely transport patients to appropriate medical facilities while continuing necessary medical treatment en route. Transfer care of patients to hospital staff, providing detailed reports on patient condition and treatment provided. Maintain detailed and accurate records of patient care, treatments administered, and observations made during emergency responses. Ensure all medical equipment and supplies are properly maintained, stocked, and ready for use.

Requirements:

Minimum diploma in Paramedicine or related field. Previous experience as a paramedic or in a similar emergency medical role is preferred. Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ALS) certifications. Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical stamina and fitness to perform demanding tasks, including lifting and moving patients.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
