Deliver and collect parcels within the assigned area in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Ensure all parcels are delivered in perfect condition--undamaged and on time.
Contact customers to schedule parcel pick-ups, manage transportation fee collection, and submit payments to the supervisor or cashier.
Verify and complete parcel handover and collection using the Flash Kit system.
Perform other tasks as directed by the branch supervisor.
Candidate Requirements
Possess a valid B2 or B driving license.
Own a personal vehicle (motorcycle or car).
Aged 18 years and above.
Own and be proficient in using a smartphone (for delivery apps and communication).
No criminal record.
