This position requires to assist the Boutique Managers & Beauty Advisors (BAs) in all matters relating to handling of stock and after sales service in the boutique.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
STOCK HANDLING / MANAGEMENT
To maintain SKUs in the stock room, ensure they are kept in a safe, clean and organized manner.* Responsible and assist in receiving, transferring and packing stocks in an organized & timely manner.* Responsible in picking & handling the required stocks to the BCs effectively.* Handling Call to Buy (CTB) packing & shipping processes arrangement.* To participate in yearly stock take & monthly stock counts in the Boutique to maintain accurate record of stock inventory; assist in discrepancies investigation.* Responsibility on stock receiving, delivery inspection and verify any stock discrepancies. Effectively reporting stocks related issue to both Boutique Manager & Retail Manager*. Report to both Boutique Manager & Retail Manager on damaged/defective products.* To assist in VM day/night work in preparation of stocks and display item in the Boutique.* Assist on Merchandising, if necessary.* Performing stocks & gwps replenishment on daily basis.* Assist in performing the Art of Giftings (AOG).* Assist on the boutique floor, if necessary.* Manage phone enquiries on products and services of Boutique.* Undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned by BM/ RM.*
OTHER KEY FUNCTIONS
Often engage in physically demanding tasks, such as lifting and carrying boxes, stocking shelves, and moving inventory.* Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.* Effective time management skills are important to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines for stock replenishment.* Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure during busy periods.* Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as retail operations often require extended hours.*
Requirements:
Academic / Professional Qualifications - SPM / Diploma* Work Experience - At least 2 years of experience in sales / operations / stock management in a retail environment* Able to work in an organized manner with good prioritization skills* Meticulous and detail oriented* Able to work independently to support the sales team within a fast-paced environment* Good interpersonal skills & able to converse in English, Malay and Mandarin would be an added advantage. Proficiency in using MS Office applications and numerically strong.* Able to work on retail hours including weekend/PH (9hrs work/day with 8 off days in a month)*
