The Tun Razak Exchange is a development poised to be Malaysia\xe2\x80\x99s new international business and financial district. At the heart of this urban transformation is The Exchange TRX, a city defining development designed to create the ultimate experiential environment, from retail to dining, entertainment and world class hotels.

The Exchange TRX is a 17-acre integrated development set to become one of Asia\xe2\x80\x99s leading lifestyle hubs. The mall is a 1.3 million sq ft of next-generation retail space will include a 10-acre rooftop park.

We are looking for build our Park team and would like to invite aspiring individuals to apply for the following role:

Park Manager (The Exchange TRX)

As Park Manager primary focus lies in park administration, adhering to environmental health and safety (EH&S) policies, ensuring great stakeholder services, engineering, cleanliness, landscaping, and overseeing playground areas. Your duties include but not limited to the following:

Efficiently manage The Exchange TRX Park according to established guidelines.

Implement property compliance with a dedicated focus on EH&S policies.

Regularly conduct EH&S inspections, document incidents, and devise effective solutions.

Lead landscaping initiatives to enhance the visual appeal of park spaces.

Oversee engineering tasks, ensuring optimal conditions for infrastructure and facilities.

Uphold stringent cleanliness standards through well-coordinated cleaning activities.

Manage and maintain playground areas, ensuring safety and adherence to regulations.

Understanding of local authorities\xe2\x80\x99 protocols and process, and fostering a close partnership for an effective working relationship.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role managing a team with tertiary qualifications in landscape, park, engineering, business property management, or related field.

Experience working with local authorities.

Demonstrate an intermediate level of role knowledge in business, commerce, or hospitality.

Exhibit strong communication, analytical skills, and preferably with hold first aid certification.

Demonstrate Interpersonal Abilities, Problem Solving & Analytical Thinking,

Verbal Communications, and Written Communications.

May require working overtime based on scheduled and emergency call off support shift or any \xe2\x80\x9cJust In Case \xe2\x80\x9csituations.

This is a 24-month contract role.

You will enjoy 22 days annual leave per annum + 3 days wellbeing leave
