Job Description
- Dynamic Work Environment: The role offers a fast-paced and varied workday, with different vehicles and interactions daily, keeping the job engaging.
- Flexible Shifts: Depending work demand, there may be opportunities for flexible working hours, including part-time or shift-based schedules.
- Prior working experience as valet parking attendant
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English; ability to speak multiple languages (e.g. Mandarin, Cantonese) will be an added advantage
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM or above
- Experience working in a hotel or car park operation is preferred
- Posses valid driver\'s license
- Neat appearance and upkeep of uniform
- Excellent customer service skills
- Greeting and welcome guests to the establishment and offer professional services
- To park customer\'s vehicles at designated bays and to ensure the smooth flow of traffic within the premises
- Resolve customers complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
