Parking & Maintenance Supervisor
Job Description
Monitor building, it\xe2\x80\x99s tenants and it\xe2\x80\x99s maintainence. Includes overseeing a single floor car park of 60 bays. Coordinate and monitor building maintainence. Follow contractor for routine maintenance and also specific repairs. Attend to repair request, contact contractor for quotation and obtain finance dept approval to proceed. Process payment. Monitor tenants , ensure rentals collected and provide report to finance. To observe car park and ensure traffic flow. Monitor and maintain touch & go and season park system. Ensure working normally.
Check on season park accounts, process new season park , block non payments. Ensure that parking attendant do car park rounds for safety and cars are parked properly. Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,400.00 per month Schedule:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
- Basic accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
- Supervising: 1 year (Preferred)
- Facilities maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
