What you\'ll do:

Responsible for outbound / inbound activities, cash management, and to handle customer\'s enquires /issue related to spare part.

In detail, you will:

• Attend to customer (walk-in, call, fax, email & etc.), Dealers, or ASC (service provider) on all the spare part enquires & purchase related matters.
• Involve in sales order processing & warehouse operation (pick, pack, invoice & ship).
• Assist in inbound receiving as when required

Qualifications:

• Diploma holder
• Good verbal and oral communication skills
• Show interest in customer service
• Able to work in fast paced environment, independent, customer focused, result oriented & disciplined.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Where you\'ll be:

You will be based in Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia and report to Part Centre Manager under Ownership Solutions Business Unit.
