Job Description

Location: One Utama New Wing Students are encouraged, no need F&B experience to apply Fluent in English. Mandarin knowledge is a plus. Passionate in learning the ins and outs of managing a F&B outlet Friendly personality, responsible and punctual Proactive in handling critical issues Great in communication Able to work in a team and follow instructions Has great customer service. Greet customers and recommend menu items and upsell customers to obtain optimal bill size Prepare beverages according to recipes and serve drinks Conduct stock count, prepare daily sales report Outlet closing & cleaning duties
