An Accounts & Finance Clerk performs all the basic clerical tasks of the Accounts & Finance function and requires accuracy, speed, attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform data entry of invoices, receipts, and payment records into the accounting system. Assist with accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) documentation. Match invoices with purchase orders and delivery orders accurately. Help organise and maintain financial records and filing systems (physical and digital). Support the finance team in preparing simple financial reports and reconciliations. Assist with basic administrative tasks such as document preparation, scheduling, and correspondence. Coordinate with suppliers or vendors to follow up on documentation and payment-related matters. Support month-end closing activities by compiling and organising necessary documents.
Candidate must:

Minimum SPM / Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in clerical, administrative, or finance-related roles (F&B industry experience is an advantage). Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word); experience with accounting software is a plus. Strong attention to detail, organisation skills, and ability to handle confidential information. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Pay: RM13.00 - RM16.00 per hour
