Summary of Position:

Responsible for providing exceptional guest service while working closely with the management team and other crew members to maintain operational standards and procedures. This role involves direct interaction with customers and performing various tasks across the restaurant.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



Customer Service:



Greet guests with a smile, receive food orders, and process payments accurately. Operate the cash register (Point of Sale or POS system) efficiently. Respond appropriately and professionally to customer issues, questions, and concerns. Ensure customer orders are accurate and delivered promptly.

Food Preparation:



Prepare and package food and drink products according to Burger King's quality and safety standards (e.g., grilling, assembling burgers, making fries, pouring beverages). Operate kitchen equipment safely and correctly. Maintain speed of service guidelines to ensure prompt delivery of orders.

Cleanliness and Maintenance:



Maintain the cleanliness of the entire restaurant at all times, including the dining room, restrooms, front counter, and exterior areas. Clean and sanitize all surfaces, equipment, and utensils before, during, and after use. Unload, stock, and organize inventory items as needed, including food products and supplies. Follow all health and safety standards in work areas.

Teamwork and Operations:



Work collaboratively with co-workers and managers to achieve team goals. Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work multiple stations (e.g., front counter, grill, prep). Follow all Burger King uniform and grooming standards and policies. Ensure prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications and Skills:



Must meet the minimum age requirement (above 18 years of age). Comfortable working in a fast-paced and demanding environment. Ability to interact in a positive and professional manner with guests and coworkers. Strong customer service and communication skills. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions. Willingness to take direction and work effectively as part of a team.
