: Part-Time Design and Technology Tutor Job Summary: The Part-Time Design and Technology Tutor is responsible for providing instructional support on a part-time basis to students in the field of design and technology. This role involves assisting with lesson delivery, supporting student learning, and providing guidance in design projects. The Part-Time Design and Technology Tutor works closely with the lead tutor or instructor to ensure effective teaching and learning experiences. Duties and Responsibilities: Assist with Lesson Delivery:Support the lead tutor or instructor in delivering well-structured and engaging lessons in design and technology.
Aid in explaining technical concepts, design principles, and problem-solving techniques to students.
Assist in facilitating hands-on activities, demonstrations, and practical exercises to reinforce learning. Student Support and Guidance:Provide individual and small group instruction to students, offering assistance and clarification on design and technology concepts.
Support students in their design projects, providing guidance on design processes, technical skills, and project execution.
Offer feedback and constructive criticism on student work, helping them improve their design outcomes. Project Assistance:Assist students with design and technology projects, providing guidance and support throughout the design process.
Help students with project planning, research, prototyping, testing, and evaluation.
Collaborate with the lead tutor or instructor to ensure project goals and deadlines are met. Classroom Support:Assist in maintaining a well-organized and safe learning environment, ensuring proper use and care of equipment and materials.
Help manage student behavior, foster positive classroom dynamics, and reinforce discipline and safety protocols.
Support administrative tasks, such as recording attendance, tracking project progress, and maintaining documentation. Collaboration and Professional Development:Collaborate with the lead tutor or instructor, sharing ideas, resources, and best practices for effective teaching and learning.
Attend training sessions, workshops, or professional development activities to enhance knowledge and skills in design and technology education. Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Design, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in design software and tools, such as computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Teaching experience or experience working with students in a mentoring or tutoring capacity is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Organizational skills and the ability to assist with managing projects and deadlines.
• Passion for design and technology education and the ability to inspire students.

CAN TEACH IGCSE AND A LEVEL Prefer Physical Class and Online. Job Types: Part-time, Freelance Salary: RM50.00 - RM80.00 per hour Ability to commute/relocate:
