We are recruiting and are on the search for a PART TIME LECTURER IN ACCOUNTING . ABOUT THE JOB Requirements: Master or Degree in Accounting with professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, etc.) preferred A minimum of 2 years teaching experience in a tertiary environment is preferred A strong knowledge of the subject area combined with a broad subject background enabling contributions to teaching programmes Good interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work with students and staff from a diverse range of backgrounds Excellent command of spoken and written English Duties and Responsibilities: a) Deliver lectures, tutorials and provide academic assistance to students. b) Prepare course syllabus, students\' assessments, upload on-line learning materials, update textbooks list and reference materials. c) Mark assignments, tests, quizzes and exam scripts; prepare grade list and attend Board of Exam meetings. d) To provide students with academic counselling. e) To perform administrative tasks pertaining to classes such as updating teaching files and attend meetings. f) Review and moderate examination questions and answer scripts. g) Responsible in giving support for documentation for ISO and MQA.
