Key Responsibilities
Deliver warm, professional, and personalized service to all clients and visitors.
Support the boutique team in achieving sales and client experience excellence.
Demonstrate passion and understanding of the brand stories, craftsmanship, and collections.
Assist in boutique operations such as product presentation, stock handling, and customer follow-up.
Uphold visual merchandising and boutique presentation standards at all times.
Ensure smooth coordination during peak hours, events, or client appointments.
Requirements
Prior retail or hospitality experience preferred (luxury experience is an advantage).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Presentable, polished, and aligned with luxury brand standards.
Responsible, punctual, and able to commit to flexible working hours, weekends, and public holidays.
Fluent in English; Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is an advantage.
