Explain product features, benefits and specifications in a clear and simple way.
Perform basic product demonstrations to customers (show functions, key selling points).
Approach customers walking by and start friendly conversations.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Handle basic customer questions, concerns and objections politely.
Support outlet in achieving daily/weekly sales targets.
Record customer details or leads when required.
Ensure product display is neat, clean and attractive at all times.
Arrange POSM (bunting, wobblers, price tags, standees) according to brand guidelines.
Check stock level on display and highlight low stock or issues to supervisor.
Submit daily sales report / attendance / customer feedback to supervisor or coordinator.
Share information about competitor activities, customer comments and product issues.
Follow company and outlet rules (dress code, punctuality, conduct).
Maintain professional image and represent the brand positively at all times.

Pay: RM1,150.90 - RM1,440.00 per month
