Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Answer customer inquiries and help them find the products they need
Maintain store displays and ensure the booth is well-stocked and organised
Handle cash and card transactions accurately
Adhere to company policies and procedures
Support the store manager with day-to-day operations and simple administrative tasks
Requirements
Previous retail or customer service experience (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable personality
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
