Requirements

• Location at 1 Utama mall
• Able to work during Hari Raya and other Public Holidays period
• Possess at least SPM, Diploma, Professional Degree in any field
• Possess good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia is highly preferred
• Prior exposure in premium fashion brands/ menswear brands is preferred
• Possess good customer service and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• A brand ambassador and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the brand and products to the customers
• Provide exemplary quality of customer service; build repeat clientele and maintain customer relationship
• Answer customer enquiries and provide professional feedback according to the brand's standards
• Maintain an excellent level of the presentation of the shop interiors, the mannequins and the windows
• Assist in daily store operations
