We're looking for a motivated and committed individual to join our team as a
Sales Advisor
. At Tiam Heng Machinery, we specialize in power tools, machinery, gardening tools, and cleaning equipment. You'll be assisting walk-in customers, providing product recommendations, and helping them find the right tools for their needs.
No experience? No problem --
training will be provided
. As long as you're eager to learn and committed, we'll help you grow into the role.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers in selecting the right products.
Provide information and recommendations on tools, machines, and accessories.
Maintain product displays and ensure items are properly labeled and organized.
Handle inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, or in-store.
Support promotional activities and assist with store operations when needed.
Work closely with the team to achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM or equivalent.
Friendly, responsible, and willing to learn.
Interest in hardware, tools, or machinery is a plus.
Good communication skills.
Able to work in a team environment.
