Ensure great customer service is being provided to all customers.
Ensure that mise en place for beverage preparation is completed in your section.
Ensure that all stocks are well maintained.
Replenishes service lines as needed and restocks and prepares the workstation for the next shift.
Responsible for preparing and serving all beverage and food items by the recipe and to specification.
Completes assigned tasks as quickly as is safely practical
Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers.
Would need to follow the cleaning schedules for the outlet and clean the section and other areas as directed.
Coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage and cost control.
Communicate assistance needed during busy periods.
Support the baristas and chefs in the daily operation and work.
