Job Description

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Engineering, Finance, Economic, Logistic, Supply-chain or related field.
• Minimum one (1) years of related working experience is required.
• Required skills: Microsoft Words & Excel.
• Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (Added Advantage)
• this is just 3-4 months contract job
• working hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am-5.30pm

Responsibilities

• To perform system Due Date update upon documentation received.
• To in-charge of FORM E documentations declaration and confirmation.
• To liaise, coordinate and prepare relevant documents for forwarding agents
• To update and maintain monthly invoice listing up to date.
• To in-charge of Goods Receiving Notes (GRN) process in system, and documentation patching.
• To in-charge of Marine Insurance declaration in Import and Inter-Warehouse transfer.
• To in-charge of Stock Adjustment & Transfer Order entry process in system.
• To in-charge of Inter-Company (Affiliates) order processing in system.
• To assist in monitoring closely with warehouse department on the goods receiving process and order entry process receiving.
• To liaise and work closely with sales representative and business development representative on sales visits reports update.
• To prepare and follow-up with Dealership & ASC Agreement.
• To update promotion summary control list.
• To ensure all filling documentations are up-to-date.
• To perform other ad hoc administrative duties assigned by superior.
