Ensure smooth daily operations of the outlet.
Greet customers warmly and assist with their requests.
Take orders and serve customers when their orders are ready.
Suggest add-ons or promote other products to customers.
Prepare drinks and desserts according to customer orders.
Maintain cleanliness of the outlet and uphold product quality standards.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum qualification of Secondary School/SPM certificate in any field.
Strong interpersonal skills, energetic, and eager to learn.
Willingness to work overtime when required.
Ability to work flexible hours, including night/early shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Self-disciplined, hardworking, team-oriented, and attentive to cleanliness.
