About the Firm

Our client is an expanding legal practice with strong roots in conveyancing, banking, and real estate law. The firm is now setting up new offices in

Mont Kiara

and

Setia Alam

and is looking for experienced lawyers who want

leadership, autonomy and higher earnings

within legal practice.

Key Responsibilities

1) Handle end-to-end conveyancing matters (SPA, sub-sale, loans, perfection, transfers, etc.)

2) Manage developer, banker, agent, and client relationships

3) Lead & guide a team of junior lawyers / conveyancing clerks

4) Review, vet, and sign off legal documentation

5) Ensure accuracy, compliance & timely completion of files

6) Bring in and manage own conveyancing files (preferred, with commission)

7) Represent the firm in client engagements, negotiations & signings

8) Assist with branch growth, branding & business development initiatives

Requirements

1) Malaysian Bar admission (Advocate & Solicitor)

2) Minimum 5 years PQE in conveyancing (developer SPA experience preferred)

3) Strong client network or ability to generate own files

4) Able to lead a team and work with minimal supervision

5) Good command of English & BM (Mandarin is an advantage)

6) Business-minded, responsible and committed to practice

7) Suitable for lawyers seeking
