Remote in Malaysia - Full-Time with Inviso Supporting Microsoft\'s Partner Engagement DeskThe TeamInviso\'s Microsoft Solution Assessment Center team delivers a fully Managed Service to Microsoft Solution Assessment Team. The team engages Microsoft internal stakeholders, helping teams gain a data-driven understanding of their IT infrastructure, align business objectives to insights, and deliver recommendations to meet business objectives via modern, cloud-first Microsoft solutions. The Operations team is responsible for all aspects of the Service\'s Operational Execution, Project Management and Customer and Partner Experience.The RoleThe Business Operations Specialist is responsible for managing internal program execution, ensuring pipeline execution and communication between internal teams and stakeholders and providing regular updates and insights. Role requires program managing and ensuring daily, weekly, and monthly pipeline report, ensuring that KPI\'s of the program are tracked.A successful candidate must be able to standardize operational intelligence and facilitate improvements to the tracking and streamlining reporting, good interpersonal skills and communication with stakeholders. The role requires someone who can easily collaborate, passion to learn and be agile to business requirements.Roles and Responsibility:

• Responsible in enabling Partners on current Microsoft Programs and coaching them to increase inbound nominations
• Review business processes and make a variety of recommendations for improving efficiency and service
• Data Hygiene and Input Management
• Day to day operational request execution
• Mailbox management
• Multi-tasking and prioritizing workloads
• Create and send reports to management
• Create, document and maintain business process flows, requirements and policies
• Development and Management of Monthly Business Review
• Create, document and maintain business process flows, requirements and policies
• Review SOW and provide necessary guidance
• Coordinate activities relating to funded programs and nominations
• Ensure the timely completion of milestones by client partners
• Keep internal stakeholders accountable to deadlines
• Coordinate and run regular progress meetings with partners and internal stakeholders
• Work with Program Lead to report on risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Continuously evaluate projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines

Candidates will also benefit from the broad network of Inviso lines of business and client relationships across our Azure, BI, SAM, Marketing, and Staffing solution areas.

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• Able to work effectively with minimal supervision
• 3+ years of experience in monitoring operations
• 2+ years in operations analyst role
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Language skills - English, Korea (good to have)
• Ability to work with management at every level
• Problem solving abilities that adapt to variety of situations
• Microsoft Office Proficiency: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio. Strong Excel capabilities is essential.

Additional qualities that would be helpful:

• Demonstrated ability to manage pipeline, email response and tracking of operations pipeline within of a portfolio of multiple subsidiaries con-currently
• A history of multitasking in a fast-paced environment, of quickly digesting diverse subject matter
• Strong attention to detail, data analysis, and analytical skills

• Working familiarity with Microsoft Office products is desired, particularly Excel, interacting with and reporting on data
• Self-direction and a focus on quality, with the ability to apply independent judgment to accomplish objectives
