Danfoss is seeking for an enthusiastic Partner Excellence (Business Analytics) Intern to support the Regional Partner Excellence Program (PEP) administration activities! You will have the chance to gain exposure to the workings of a well-run MNC, including exposure to a broad range of internal processes.

Job Responsibilities

Learning Opportunities :

• Partner Business Excellence Strategy & Development
• Understanding of Sales Operations
• Opportunity to experience and work with colleagues across the Asia Pacific Region, which will give you a valuable exposure to different cultures, working styles, and business practices

Key Responsibilities :

• Supporting regular Partner Excellence Program (PEP) operation activities
• Preparation of monthly PEP review report
• Power BI data extraction and analysis
• Enhance Digitalization Process in PEP administration
• Support on Business PowerPoint preparation and enhancement
• Other support as may be assigned from time to time

• Currently pursuing a bachelor\'s degree in Business, Analytics, IT, Data or equivalent
• Strong Excel/PowerPoint IT skills
• Strong business driving skills - self-motivated, result-oriented, managing matrix stakeholders, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skill in English
• Performance driven - not afraid to suggest/take initiatives and work independently
• Intellectual curiosity and the desire to learn
• Able to commit to 4 to 6 month full-time internship
