As a Partner Management Executive, you will be:

1. Creating a positive experience for Partners by providing quality, value-added services and solutions in a timely manner

2. Maintaining accurate partner offer details and other information on the platform

3. Being the key point of contact for all partners in your assigned region

4. Problem solving all of Fave\'s partner issues by liaising with all internal teams.

5. Delivering regular performance updates to your partners and to internal constituents

Requirements:

1. Candidates must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Administration/Studies/Management or related equivalent.

2. At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

3. Able to communicate in basic conversational English, Malay and Mandarin (read and writing is a bonus)

4. Excellent communication skills, account management and telephone etiquette.

5. Mature attitude with the capability to discuss business issues.

6. Highly organised, confident, self-motivated and persistent

7. Positive attitude and energetic approach to work

8. Exceptional critical thinking and problem solving skills

9. Able to work flexibly (morning/evening shift)
