Who You\'ll Work With

This role is in Global Manufacturing Operations, Central Material Procurement within our Supply Chain Organisation.

Hub team is responsible for Strategy and Operations of Cisco\'s inbound component fulfillment models.

Team manages all inbound component Hub types across the globe. Primary responsibility is to manage supply continuity for all PCBA and DF sites with optimal hub inventory and inventory driven cost.

Team collaborates closely with Network Design & Management team and Global Logistics team to design and maintain Hub strategy and footprint. Team also works with Service 14 on inventory and manage required system capabilities to manage and execute the Hub Operations.

What You\'ll Do

  • Owns relationship with 4 external Partners who provide Supply Chain Services for programs like Mhub (Memory), Phub (Programming), Extended Hub and Strategic Hub.
  • Contact window for hub partners for Policy, Process, Operations, System, and any escalation
  • Host & prepare periodic Supplier Business Reviews (SBR) and Monthly Operation Reviews (MOR)
  • Hub Contract (Services, Commercial) negotiation with hub partner and coordinate with Legal
  • Monthly partner fee projection with gap analysis to Cisco Finance team
  • Review and approve monthly hub services fee and carrying fee
  • Support annual Supply Chain Security audit for Partners, help close the audit gap findings
  • New inbound model evaluation/alignment with internal stakeholders and hub partners
  • Review hub partners inventory (OH, OO), excess (E&O) mitigation plans, Lean profile etc.
  • Commodity Manager for programming parts:
  • Manage quarterly quote cycle - review, negotiate & award business across Partners
  • Set-up price for new components and manage quote changes timely
  • Resolve component shortage escalations
  • Review & approve Component Engineering Changes for programmed parts
  • Overall, this position will work with multiple internal (Supply Chain, Legal, Finance, IT) and external (VA Hub Partners, Contract Manufacturers, Suppliers) stakeholders
Location: Preferred location is in Asia - Malaysia (Primary) or India (Alternate)

Candidate must be flexible to work extended hours to support teams in Asia & Americas

Who You Are
  • 10+ years of Supply Chain experience preferably in Technology industry
  • Good Materials and Partner management experience
  • Experience of leading large-scale programs
  • English fluency- verbal and written communications
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Candidates with Engineering background preferred; courses in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or Supply Chain management field will be added advantage

Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco pays at the standard rate of 1% of incentive target for each 1% revenue attainment against the quota up to 100%. Once performance exceeds 100% quota attainment, incentive rates may increase up to five times the standard rate with no cap on incentive compensation. For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
