Partner Relations Manager (Confidential Search) -- Financial Services
Location: Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur
Salary: RM4,000 - RM9,000 (Based on experience & skill set)
Work Mode: Hybrid
We are representing a leading global trading firm in a confidential search for a Partner Relations Manager to strengthen and grow long-term relationships with key partners. This role is ideal for an analytical, people-driven professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys driving retention, engagement and business growth.
What Youll Do
- Develop and execute partner retention and engagement strategies in collaboration with senior management
- Serve as the main liaison for partners, providing proactive support and relationship management
- Gather partner feedback and insights to improve programmes, offerings and platform experience
- Analyse partner behaviour, trends and performance to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Communicate promotional offerings and initiatives clearly and effectively to partners
- Monitor satisfaction metrics and address partner concerns promptly and professionally
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless partner experience
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor movements and best-practice retention strategies
Who Were Looking For
- Bachelors Degree in a Business-related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in business development / partner relations
- Experience in financial services or trading industry is an advantage
- Fluent in Malay & English (Mandarin is an added advantage)
- Strong interpersonal, analytical and communication skills
- Confident, persuasive, self-motivated and target-driven
- Able to work independently, under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Organised, proactive and highly collaborative
