About our client: Our client is a well-established law firm located at Jalan Ampang, KL. Responsibilities: Advising developers on upstream property development works (e.g., JV agreement, bridging loan, property development licensing requirements etc.) To handle or assist in handling all matters relating to real estate conveyancing that the firm undertakes such as preparing SPA for developer\'s project, security documentations for banking facilities/loan as well as all incidental matters until completion. Attending to meetings with clients, authorities, correspondences and other types of works assigned by the firm from time to time. All other tasks related to real estate conveyancing that are not specifically stipulated above. Requirements & Skills 7-15 PQE in conveyancing practice. Candidate must be familiar with property development project and has experience advising property developers from the inception of the project. Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Candidate who is able to converse in Mandarin/Cantonese is preferred. Candidate who is confident to represent law firm to attend meetings with developers and provide advice independently. This position is only open to Malaysian citizens.
