JOB DESCRIPTION:

1) Manage and execute affiliate management on affiliate system. (all country)

2) Expand affiliate partner onboardings to reach all users through social media, events, and community engagements. (all country)

3) Adept at reviewing and responding to inquiries, with extensive experience in liaising effectively across finance, sales, and commerce departments.

4) Experienced in using excel to extract affiliate data from affiliate systems.

5) Creating and executing campaigns that foster community partnerships via social media platforms with new updates on affiliate platforms.

6) Monitoring sample requests through our affiliate system to refine content for social media promotions.

7) Conduct the educational product to affiliate partners seamlessly by online channels or in-person engagements.

8) Prepare regular reports on affiliate program performance and make data-driven recommendations.

9) Monitor and address any issues related to fraudulent activity or non-compliance by affiliates.

10)Ensure that affiliates have access to up-to-date promotional materials and tracking links.

11)Launched training and guidance programs for affiliates, supporting their business models and enhancing marketing efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1) Minimum 2-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnership management, or a related role.

2) Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

3) Proficient in using affiliate management systems and tools.

4) Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data extraction and analysis.

5) Competence in preparing regular reports on affiliate program performance.

6) Skilled in presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
