Support the team to drive, develop, and execute a regional partner strategy for AirAsia Ecosystem.
Support the team in defining the vision, main strategic objectives, risks, and the overall alliance programs; focus on the value proposition, key differentiators, and win themes.
Assist to expand existing partnerships and upscale potential new opportunities. Work alongside colleagues in the region (Tune Protect Malaysia, Tune Protect Thailand, Tune Protect EMEIA, and future joint venture companies) and contribute to proposal development including client insights, approach, pricing, quota share, and deal closure.
Assist the team in refining, evaluating and improving partner strategy and execution covering due diligence processes (countries, clients and their industries and cultures), business proposal development, contract negotiation, implementation and deal closure approach.
Support the team to develop and maintain thorough knowledge and understanding of the strategic partner product offerings and TPG processes to best represent \xe2\x80\x9cclient to the client\xe2\x80\x9d
Build a good rapport and showcase valued partnership conduct at the highest levels with the partners, globally and regionally.
Work closely with country and industry leadership, marketing, professional services , local alliances and program management partner teams, commercial, legal, finance, and other staff to assist team to execute defined sales strategies and to prosecute overall partner business relationship strategy.
Job RequirementsExperience/Education
Excellent educational background, preferably in the fields of business management or strategic management study
