Key Responsibilities
1.Strategic Partnership Development
Identify, evaluate, and secure new strategic partners across banking, fintech, e-commerce, and technology sectors.
Develop business cases for new partnership opportunities to support revenue growth and market expansion.
Lead negotiations of partnership agreements, ensuring commercial and legal terms align with company objectives.
2.Relationship Management
Support and manage senior-level relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
Act as the point of contact to ensure long-term collaboration and partner satisfaction.
Drive joint business planning with partners to deliver mutual value.
3.Revenue & Growth Delivery
Define and deliver revenue targets from partnership channels.
Develop go-to-market strategies for joint initiatives with partners.
Able to initiate payments related product / technology cross selling i.e loyalty,gamification, mobile app development, payment gateway etc
Monitor and analyze partnership performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes.
4.Cross-Functional Leadership
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to design new solutions.
Influence product development roadmap through partner and market feedback.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members about payments business landscape.
5.Market & Industry Insights
Stay ahead of payment industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to strengthen brand visibility and business collaboration opportunities
