- Emphasis 7 step processes/Techniques - Promote aggressively parts sales - Achieve sales and TUS target (daily and monthly) close tracking - Understand customers request and order the right parts given the right expected arrival timeline - Provide speedy respond to all customers and staff request - Focus on customer need and track on parts market (paste in and paste out) - Actively update part bulletin for latest update into and share among the part dept staff\'s monitor and conduct internal stock audit on daily, weekly, and monthly basis to avoid discrepancy and verify by service manager (Very important practice) - Responsible for all discrepancy of parts and lubricants - Follow JTI and good Kanban concepts at branch - Carried appropriate/reasonable part stock month - Emphasis all the SOP\'s - Focus on high profit margin - Elimination of \'MUDA\' (wastage) and to promote CIP activities at all the time - Responsible in minimizing \'Back Order\' aging and responsible for all parts back order follow-up, Update s/manager on long part aging. - Must key in lost sales (Compulsory) - Maintain environmental and safety first at part department - Ensure customer confidence is enhanced through a clean and orderly part operation - Maintain regular contact with distributor - Must participate and support all the project recommended by the management or distributor - Responsible for part report and invoice - Monitor BG limit and make sure limit nor excceded - Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining a high level of part supply while minimize inventory and other operation cos.
