Job Description

Responsibilities:

Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of automotive parts and accessories. Monitor stock levels and reorder parts as needed to ensure sufficient supply.

Order Processing: Receive incoming orders for parts from customers, technicians, and other departments. Process orders promptly and accurately, ensuring correct part numbers, quantities, and pricing.

Parts Identification: Assist customers and technicians in identifying the correct parts for their vehicles. Utilize parts catalogs, computer systems, and other resources to locate and cross-reference parts.

Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting customers in a courteous and professional manner. Offer product recommendations and alternatives when necessary.

Shipping and Receiving: Receive incoming shipments of parts, verify accuracy against packing slips or purchase orders, and stock items in appropriate locations. Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate packing and labeling.

Organization and Maintenance: Keep parts storage areas clean, organized, and well-maintained. Perform regular inventory audits and cycle counts to reconcile stock discrepancies.

Technical Assistance: Assist technicians with locating and retrieving parts, providing technical information, and troubleshooting problems related to parts availability or compatibility.

Data Entry: Enter data accurately into computer systems, including sales transactions, inventory adjustments, and customer information. Maintain up-to-date records of all parts-related activities.

Qualifications:

Knowledge of Automotive Parts: Familiarity with automotive parts terminology, identification, and compatibility. Previous experience working with automotive parts is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6-12 months

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
