Job Description

:

Parts Order Fulfillment:

Process & manage all parts orders from service partners are fulfilled timely or within/exceeding target. Monitor & manage pending orders daily, follow-up until fulfillment. Parts cannibalization - Dismantle parts from scrapping units (C Stock) and convert into parts inventory.

Defective & Good Parts Management:

Process & manage defective parts & good parts returned from service partners, perform verifications & posting in Service system. Ensure service partners return defective parts & good parts on timely basis. Monitor pending parts return from service partners daily. Follow-up & send reminders to service partners for parts not received more than 30 days. Handle defective parts scrapping & Management approval, monthly basis. Posting in Service system. Check & verify good parts return from service partners, posting in Service system & allocate in Inventory rack as Inventory. Issue invoice to bill service partners for parts discrepancy. Handle & process parts quality claims from service partners, cash sales parts quality claims & accessory quality claims from Sales for dealer's stock sets. Monthly report.

Parts Stock Count:

Perform parts stock count on monthly basis or as required. Stock count report.

Parts Cash Sale:

Handle & process parts sales transactions & issue receipt. Coordinate for parts delivery to parts purchaser by courier service. Ensure no monetary discrepancy.

Job Requirements:

Minimum SPM /STPM/ or equivalent in any field. 1-2 year(s) of working experience in related field. Team player, good communication skill, good interpersonal skill, reliable & independent, multitasking, computer knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel.
