We are looking for a

Parts / Warehouse Assistant

to manage Proton spare parts inventory, support the Service Department, and ensure technicians receive the correct parts on time.
This role is essential in maintaining smooth workshop operations and accurate stock control.

Key Responsibilities

Parts Operations

Receive, inspect, and record incoming Proton spare parts Issue parts to technicians according to Job Sheets (JS) Ensure the correct parts are used for each service or repair Monitor stock levels and assist in placing orders Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts

Proton System & Documentation

Update stock records using Proton's parts management system Handle warranty parts return (Proton SOP compliance) Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly stock and usage reports Ensure parts labeling, binning, and storage are correctly organized

Service Department Support

Assist Service Advisors with parts pricing & availability Communicate with Foreman/Technicians regarding parts readiness Support Service Department during peak hours

Customer Support (If Required)

Serve walk-in customers buying Proton parts Provide information on availability, pricing, and lead time

Job Requirements

Minimum SPM (Diploma in Automotive/Warehouse is an advantage) Experience in Proton/Perodua/other automotive parts is a PLUS Fresh graduates and trainees are welcome (training provided) Basic computer skills (Excel, stock system entry) Physically fit (able to lift medium-weight parts) Honest, organized, and responsible Able to work

Monday-Saturday, 8:30am-5:00pm
