Data Entry - Key in item collection details received from customers into the system.
Collection & Delivery
- Drive to customer locations to collect and deliver items as required.
Coordination - Arrange and schedule item collections and deliveries with Lalamove & courier services.
Filing & Documentation - Organize and maintain documents, service reports, and related records.
Ad Hoc Tasks - Assist with any additional administrative duties as required (e.g., preparing simple reports, updating logs, answering basic inquiries)
Job Requirements:
Required skills: MS Office
Possess a valid car driving license (Class D)
A great team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
