- Ensure customer pleasant experience.
- Set & maintain standards according to company requirements for
- all product preparations.
- Train & lead team to communicate product uniqueness to
- customers.
- Maintain outlet cash handling procedures.
- Maintain standards for outlet cleanliness.
- Maintaining outlet inventory & stock.
- Seasonal beverage creation.
- In charge of outlet performance.
- Basic English (Mandarin is an added advantage)
- Malaysian / PR Only
